Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Collecting, analyzing, and sharing data to help business teams drive improvement in key business metrics, customer experience, and business results
Breakdown raw information and undefined problems into specific, workable components that in-turn clearly identify the issues at hand. Making logical conclusions, anticipating obstacles and consider different approaches that are relevant to the decision making process
Utilizing database and web application technologies to design, develop, and evaluate innovative business intelligence tools and automated reports
Write code to develop and maintain Machine Learning models in Python & R
Develop and test BI solutions such as databases, queries, views, reports, and dashboards
Performing data conversions, imports, and exports of data within and between internal and external software systems
Designing and building reporting and analysis tools that help streamline the business and make reporting, analyzing, planning, and forecasting more efficient
Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports in Power Bi, Tableau & Qlik
Supporting and assisting with the integration of BI platforms with enterprise systems and application
Documenting new and existing models, solutions, and implementations
Implementing data structures using best practices in data modeling, processes, and technologies
