Job Title: Computer Systems Analyst
· Ensure high data and solution availability.
o Support technical resolution of failed data loads, processes and jobs in SAP Business Warehouse Process Chains/TWDC to ensure Business Objects Universes built on SAP Business Warehouse Infoproviders (Cubes/DSOs) for reporting are updated with latest data within established service level agreements.
o Ensure all necessary communications and status mails confirming data and system availability are sent out to respective user groups and management teams.
o Monitor SAP BO/Bex reporting components to ensure they are available to user groups by carrying out appropriate maintenance activities like data archiving and migration, PSA and Changelog purging, RSRV checks and memory checks.
· Ensure smooth transition of new solutions from Development to Sustain teams.
o Work with functional teams to write functional specifications and to write technical specifications based on functional specifications.
o Develop or assist in developing new warehouse or reporting solutions/fixes as part of change management or enhancements following best practices.
o Create test scripts and schedule testing, carry out testing across landscape, document and store test results, support testing, track and resolve texting bugs, coordinate migration of solution to Production per established process, provide hypercare support, facilitate knowledge transfer to sustain team and handover along with documentation.
· Support team members in responding to and resolving tickets and issues.
o Ensure production support members are responding to, updating and resolving tickets within specified service level agreements by providing technical, functional and process support.
o Assist team members in debugging ABAP routines and programs for complex data transformation logics, analyzing errors for failed reports and investigate data discrepancies through Layered Scalable Architecture in SAP BW.
o Support team members at different levels of change management process by conducting dataflow and code review for developments, creating solution and testing documentation, carrying out testing across landscape, migration of solution to production and transition to sustain teams.
· Interact with respective stakeholders for better understanding of complex issues and convey findings and resolutions.
o Collaborate with respective stakeholders for better technical and functional understanding of complex issues to establish root cause analysis and propose optimum resolutions.
o Work with stakeholders from different teams to prepare action plans to mitigate impact of planned/unplanned system outages.
· Provide proactive system monitoring for performance and recurring issues, establish root cause analysis, provide solutions and implement the same.

· Nurture a learning culture within the team.
o Encourage team members to participate in trainings related to advanced topics in Data Warehouse, Reporting Tools, Production Support process, IT Security and Compliance, etc.
o Train team members (offshore/onshore) on new/changed support processes, standard routines, etc.
· Prepare reports for meetings with stakeholders.
o Facilitate regular operational meetings to discuss and actively seek or provide updates on ongoing issues, tickets, changes, outages, and maintenance activities.
o Prepare and present Reports, Trends, Monthly Operational Updates, Quarterly Operational review/feedback in meetings with stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of related work experience required.
